You must email us within 15 days of arrival at customerservice@inthepresent.com to receive an RA (return authorization) number. Once you receive that, you will ship back to us the merchandise in its original condition, in its original packaging via a traceable insured method. Once received we will notify you and pending inspection, a refund will be issued by the same method as payment minus shipping charges. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable.

    All return merchandise must be in its original saleable condition when received. We will not accept merchandise that has been damaged or used. Shipping fees involved in sending the original item and in making a return will not be refunded or reimbursed, unless the return is required as the result of our own error.
